Hans-Jürgen Rohr

Hans-Jürgen Rohr (born June 26, 1925 in Landsberg (Warthe) ) is a German administrative lawyer and state secretary in retirement.

Life

In March 1943 he graduated from high school in Bautzen . Subsequently, until 1945 in labor and military service , he studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität from 1947 and became a member of the Corps Bavaria Würzburg , whose old gentlemen's association he later headed for many years. After the trainee examination in Würzburg (September 1951), he passed the assessor examination at the OLG Hamm in August 1955 . In January 1956, Rohr joined the Federal Customs Administration . After training at the regional tax office in Münster , he was a consultant for the   Reich tax code , customs law , consumption tax and, in particular, tobacco tax. Since October 1957 government councilor , he moved to Bonn in July 1960 . At the Federal Ministry of Finance , he was responsible for agricultural policy issues in the European Economic Community . In 1961 he became senior government councilor , in 1965 government director , 1966 head of division and ministerial advisor . Under Josef Ertl he was ministerial director , under Ignaz Kiechle he was state secretary in the Federal Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Forestry .
