Hans-Joachim Schwarze (born April 17, 1917 in Apolda , Thuringia , † November 17, 1995 in Berlin ) was a German politician ( CDU ).

Hans-Joachim Schwarze attended a secondary school and graduated from high school in 1937 . He studied at the University of World Trade in Vienna and the University of Jena . In 1946 he joined the CDU and graduated a year later with a degree in economics . Schwarze became administrative director of the University of Architecture in Weimar .

After fleeing to West Berlin in 1950, Schwarze worked as an employee at the Senate of Berlin , and later at the Bundeshaus Berlin . In the Berlin election in 1954 , he was elected to the District Assembly (BVV) in the Wilmersdorf district. After the next election in 1958 , he was elected to the district councilor in 1959 by BVV Wilmersdorf. In the 1975 election , Schwarze was able to win the direct mandate in the constituency of Wilmersdorf 4 in the Berlin House of Representatives and therefore resigned from the office of the district city council. In 1979 he left parliament.
