Hans-Willi Ziegler

Hans-Willi Ziegler (born July 25, 1899 in Kupferzell , Württemberg , † October 4, 1987 in Stuttgart ) was a German psychologist and racial theorist .

Life

Ziegler attended the ev. Teacher seminar in Heilbronn until the first exam in 1920. From 1917 to 1919 he served in the First World War. From April 1921 to 1925 he studied pedagogy, philosophy and psychology at the University of Tübingen . a. with Oswald Kroh , with whom he received his doctorate in 1925 with a dissertation on Friedrich Schlegel . In 1925 he also passed the elementary school teacher examination. In 1930 he was appointed professor for pedagogy and psychology at the Pedagogical Institute in Rostock as the successor to Gerhard Pfahler . In 1933 he signed the German professors' confession of Adolf Hitler . It was in 1933 for "Character and Youth Customer" only to the University of Teacher Education Hirschberg , then 1934 Darmstadt / Friedberg (Hessen) appointed, where he from 1938 Rassenkunde taught. He published on learning psychology and military training .

After 1945 he taught psychology at the University of Stuttgart .
