Hans Günter Hauffe

Hans Günter Hauffe (born March 4, 1904 in Chemnitz ; † August 4, 1985 in Munich ) was a German business lawyer and writer .

Life

Hauffe's parents were the senior medical officer Bruno Hauffe and his wife Margarete geb. Strantz.

In the summer semester of 1923, Hauffe enrolled at the Eberhard Karls University of Law. On December 14, 1923, he was reciprocated in the Corps Rhenania Tübingen . As an inactive he moved to the University of Leipzig , where he passed the trainee exam and became a Dr. iur. received his doctorate. After he had passed the assessor examination in 1930, he settled in Chemnitz as a lawyer. During the Second World War he was in the fire police from 1943 to 1945 , most recently as a lieutenant in the reserve. He received the War Merit Cross II. Class with Swords. Since May 1945 in Lichtenfels (Upper Franconia) , from 1946 he was again a lawyer with admission to the Coburg Regional Court . From 1953 he was a lawyer at the Higher Regional Court of Munich , the Munich I Regional Court and the District Court of Munich II . Until 1955 he was executive president of the Society of Bibliophiles . The Bavarian Academy of Fine Arts elected him in 1965 as a corresponding member. In the "Halcyon Academy" he was a senator. He was a partner of Curt E. Schwab , who set up the Deutsche Zeitung and Wirtschaftszeitung in 1959 . In April 1960, Hauffe took over 50% of Schwab's shares and became the sole shareholder. He wanted to publish his self-written laudation in the newspaper for his 60th birthday. He was married to Beate Volkmann , a daughter of Ernst Volkmann, since 1943 .
