Hans Huber (ice hockey player)
Johannes "Hans" Huber (born December 10, 1929 in Rosenheim ; † January 28, 2014 in Ismaning ) was a German ice hockey player and coach.
Career
During his 28 years of active time, Huber was active in the following teams:
- SC Riessersee
- EV Rosenheim (6 years)
- FC Bayern Munich (4 years)
- MEV 1883 Munich (4 years)
- SG Moosburg (2 years)
- TEV Miesbach (1 year)
- EC Bad Tölz (1 year)
- TSV Erding
After the end of his active time, Hans Huber remained connected to ice hockey as a coach, where he was still active at TSV Erding until his 75th birthday.
His son Robert also played high-class ice hockey. After being in the same team with his father at SG Moosburg and EC Bad Tölz, he played in the 1st Bundesliga at EHC 70 Munich , SC Riessersee and EHC Essen-West .
International
For Germany Huber participated in the World Championships in 1954 and 1958 , and the Winter Olympics in 1956 in Cortina d'Ampezzo and 1960 in Squaw Valley part.
