The building, registered as a villa in the Quedlinburg monument register, is located south of the old town of Quedlinburg at the confluence of Stresemannstraße and Harzweg .
Architecture and history
The villa was built around 1850 in the classicism style. The floor plan corresponds to a T-shape, with the part oriented along Stresemannstraße being two-story, the part of the building on Harzweg being single-story.
The fencing of the property is designed as a lower block wall.
