Architecture and history
The half-timbered house was built around 1880 and is characterized by two side risalites , which symmetrically structure the two-storey building. The framework is designed in the style of the late Harz framework architecture and also serves as a decorative design element. A small terrace is arranged between two stairs. The front gardens are part of the design of the monument.
