The building, registered as a villa in the Quedlinburg monument register, is located south of the old town of Quedlinburg, on the northern side of the Harzweg.
Architecture and history
The representative villa was built in 1899 based on a design by Max Schneck . The floor plan of the house is irregular. Various typical forms of Renaissance palace architecture can be found in the design . There is a tower with a round floor plan on the southwest corner of the house. There is also a tail gable and an entrance loggia . The facade of the building is structured by clinkered surfaces and plaster elements.
The property fence consists of ashlar sandstone and brick as well as iron bars. There is a small garden to the west of the house.
