Architecture and history
The two-story building was built in 1892 according to plans by Emil Timpe . The massive building was designed in the style of historicism . On the brick facade of the house, which is reminiscent of a villa, there are plaster structures in the neo-renaissance style .
The enclosure of the front garden consists of wire fence fields resting on a rectangular base. The fields are decorated with a scale-like pattern.
