Architecture and history

The property consists of a residential building and an adjacent commercial building to the south. The building dates from the middle of the 19th century. The later rebuilt house is covered with a slightly sloping gable roof. The style of the classicist building is based on the Harz country house architecture and the Swiss house style . On the south side of the house, at the transition to the commercial building, there is a brick tower with an octagonal floor plan. It is decorated with blind arcades and a crenellated wreath made of sandstone .

The elongated commercial building has only one storey and flat roofs. It is made of sandstone blocks and decorated with Gothic elements. There is a frieze and window openings designed in the Gothic style.

Currently (as of 2013) the property is empty and is in urgent need of renovation.
