The building registered as a residential building in the Quedlinburg monument register is located south of Quedlinburg's old town on the south side of the Harzweg .
Architecture and history
The massive building was built in 1906 based on a design by the architect Max Schneck . The non-symmetrical facade is designed in Art Nouveau forms . The building is considered to be one of the most successful Art Nouveau buildings in the city. The curved gable is striking . Presumably, a similarly designed extension was originally planned on the west side, but this was not implemented.
The property enclosure is based on the architectural style of the house.
