The house Harzweg 14 is a listed building in Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

location

The building, registered as a villa in the Quedlinburg monument register, is located south of Quedlinburg's old town on the north side of the Harzweg .

Architecture and history

The two-storey villa was built around 1880, according to other information around 1890, in the style of late classicism . On the street side, the building made of yellow clinker is dominated by a mighty central risalit . There is a loggia on the west side , while a portico is added on the east side. On the facade there is figurative ornamentation as well as architectural elements that are emphasized by plaster structures and decorations. The property includes two life-size sculptures in the style of Roman antiquity.

The enclosure of the front garden has cast iron fence panels .
