The building registered as a residential building in the Quedlinburg monument register is located south of Quedlinburg's old town on the south side of the Harzweg .
Architecture and history
The two-storey building was built around 1850 in the style of the Harz country house architecture. The façades of the house with the gable facing the street are clad with vertical planking. There is an open space as a decorative element . The flower boxes as well as the shutters and frames were still in their original condition at the end of the 20th century .
A renovation then took place. Instead of the three window axes on the gable side, four window axes were added. The five-axis east facade was reduced to three axes.
