The Haworth Mesa is a 3610 m high and icy Table Mountain with rocky cliffs in the West Antarctic Marie Byrd Land . In the western Wisconsin Range of the Horlick Mountains, it rises 5 miles long and 3 miles wide between Sisco Mesa and Mount McNaughton , where it forms part of the watershed between the Norfolk and Olentangy glaciers .
The United States Geological Survey mapped the mountain on the basis of its own measurements and using aerial photographs by the United States Navy from 1960 to 1964. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1967 after the American particle physicist Leland John Haworth (1904–1979), Director of the National Science Foundation from 1963 to 1969.
