The house at Heiligegeiststraße 9 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located southeast of the historic Quedlinburg old town. It is registered as a residential building in the Quedlinburg monument register.
Architecture and history
The building was built in 1849 by master builder O. Weishaupt for leather manufacturer Moritz Tobias Oelert in front of the Quedlinburg city wall in the classicism style. On the side of the house there is a block wall used as a property fence, but it is of older origin.
