The house at Heiligegeiststraße 24 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located south of the historic Quedlinburg old town on the south side of Heiligegeiststraße. In the Quedlinburg monument register it is registered as a residential and commercial building. To the east is the listed building at Heiligegeiststrasse 23 , to the west by the house at Heiligegeiststrasse 25 .
Architecture and history
The three-storey building was built in the years 1894/95 in the classicism style. The plastered facade is provided with a plaster block, the window openings are framed by profiled stucco strips. Around 1900 a shop was added to the ground floor.
In the yard of the property there is an 18th century, half-timbered building. It has on the roof over Hecht dormers . A neo-classical front door is remarkable.
