The house at Heiligegeiststraße 16 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located southeast of the historic Quedlinburg old town on the south side of Heiligegeiststraße, opposite the confluence of the Mummental and Heiligegeiststraße. It is registered as a villa in the Quedlinburg monument register.
Architecture and history
The floor plan of the two-storey villa, built on a high base, has an angular shape. In the years 1902/03 the house was converted and expanded for use as a doctor's practice and residential building. The villa was designed in the style of historicism , based on Renaissance forms . The entrance hall and the passage on the east side are remarkable.
