The house at Heiligegeiststraße 17 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located south of the historic Quedlinburg old town, set back on the south side of Heiligegeiststraße, opposite the confluence of the Mummental street with Heiligegeiststraße. It is registered as a residential building in the Quedlinburg monument register.
Architecture and history
The two-storey half - timbered house was built around 1800 and initially served as a school. The strictly symmetrical half-timbered facade largely dispenses with ornamentation. They are structured by a seven-axis division of the windows and the front door in the middle. The building is covered by a gable roof . Above the front door there is a single small dormer on the roof in the middle .
