The Heinersdorfer Wasser (Polish Miłoszowski Potok , formerly Czarny Strumień ; Czech Jindřichovický potok , also Dětřichovický potok ) is a left tributary of the Queis ( Kwisa ) in the Czech Republic and Poland .
course
The Jindřichovický potok rises in the Czech Jizera Mountains foothills ( Frýdlantská pahorkatina ) on the northern slope of the Andělský vrch ( Schöbicht , 572 m). Its course first leads north through Dětřichovec ( Dittersbächel ), then the stream changes its direction to the west and flows at the northern foot of the Jindřichovický hřeben ( Heinersdorfer Ridge ) through Jindřichovice pod Smrkem . There the Jindřichovický potok in the lower part of the village not far from the Žijící skanzen ( Museum of Peasant Life ) turns north again. From the Hraniční vrch ( Grenzberg , 413 m) the Jindřichovický potok / Miłoszowski Potok forms the border between Poland and the Czech Republic over a length of two kilometers, on the left side of the stream lies the village of Srbská . The stream then flows all the way through Polish territory, where the forest hoof village Miłoszów ( Hartmannsdorf ) extends along its middle course . Its lower course leads west past Leśna ( Marklissa ) and on through Smolnik ( Schadewalde ). At Smolnik Castle, the Miłoszowski Potok flows into the Queis on the left.
The Czech part has a length of 11.8 kilometers, the Polish part a length of approx. 5 kilometers. According to Polish information, the total length is only 12.79 km and with the catchment area 14.07 km². The stream has a catchment area of 41.1 km², 31.1 km² of which are in the Czech Republic. The flow rate on the Czech-Polish border is 290 l / s.
To the east of Jindřichovice pod Smrkem, the Heinersdorf-Wigandsthal railway ran through the valley of the stream until 1946 .
