Heinrich Alfred Reinick

Heinrich Alfred Reinick (born on July 8, 1836 in Elbing ; died on April 16, 1907 in Hanover ) was a Prussian administrative officer, deputizing for district administrator in the Malmedy district and, most recently, a senior administrative judge .

Career

The Protestant and son of a businessman, Heinrich Alfred Reinick, studied a . a. in Bonn law . After completing his studies, he entered the Prussian judicial service in 1857, where he first found employment as an auscultator in Danzig . After taking the legal traineeship , he was employed as a court trainee from 1859 or, after switching to the general service, as a government trainee . After passing the assessor exam , Reinick switched to the Royal Prussian Government in Aachen as a government assessor in 1862 . After the death of the District Administrator of Malmedy , Ernst von Frühbuss , on October 3, 1864 , his employer commissioned Reinick on October 18, 1864 with the deputizing administration of the Malmedy district until a successor was found. He held this office until April 1, 1865. The new district administrator, Eduard von Broich , had previously been appointed district administrator in a presentation election on January 10 of the same year and was also appointed on March 6, but was only introduced to the office on June 27 been.

After the annexation of the Kingdom of Hanover by Prussia, as a result of the German War of 1866 and in the course of the formation of the Province of Hanover , Reinick was transferred there. He took over as newly inserted Amtshauptmann in office Himmelspforten 1867 first provisional (1868 definitively) the management of Prussia formed by Staader Geest circle based in Himmelpforten . Reinick held this office until 1878.

Reinick, who had been married since 1868, subsequently switched back to the Prussian judicial service. Most recently, he held the rank of senior administrative judge. He retired in 1902 . In addition to other publications that he prepared on behalf of his respective employers, Reinick was also temporarily co-editor of the decisions of the Royal Prussian Higher Administrative Court in state tax matters in the financial archive.
