Heinrich Friedrich Schuett

Heinrich Friedrich Schütt (born December 9, 1835 in Burg (Dithmarschen) , † May 25, 1918 in Leipzig ) was a German judge .

Life

The son of a farmer studied law in Kiel and Heidelberg. In Kiel he became a member of the Corps Saxonia Kiel in 1857 , which reopened that year after the suspension of 1849 (as a result of the Schleswig-Holstein War ). In 1860 he entered the civil service. In 1866 he became a councilor at the higher court and a year later an appellate judge. From 1873 he was a member of the Prussian House of Representatives for the Schleswig-Holstein constituency of Pinneberg. He defended the mandate until 1885. In 1879 he was appointed to the higher regional judge. On April 29, 1886, he resigned from the House of Representatives because of his promotion to the Imperial Court. From 1886 he was a judge at the Imperial Court . He was a member of the 5th Civil Senate of the Imperial Court for 23 years . In 1909 he retired.
