Heinrich Hermann Peper

Heinrich Hermann Peper (born July 1, 1902 in Quelkhorn , Verden district; † January 29, 1984 ibid) was a German politician ( NSDAP ).

Live and act

After attending elementary school and secondary school , Heinrich Peper was trained in the milling, sawing and peat industries. In 1926 he started his own business as a timber wholesaler.

He became a member of the NSDAP early on (membership number 59,697). From 1927 to 1932 Peper led the local NSDAP group in Fischerhude . He then served as district leader in Verden an der Aller until October 1936 . He was also First District Deputy from 1933 to 1936 and, from 1934, Prussian Provincial Councilor .

From March 1938 until the end of the Nazi regime in spring 1945, Peper sat as a member of the National Socialist Reichstag for constituency 15 (East Hanover) . In October 1936 Peper was appointed deputy to the Gauleiter of East Hanover, Otto Telschow . In the SS (SS-No. 284.309) he held the rank of SS-Standartenführer in 1937 and rose to SS- Brigadführer in the SS in January 1943 . He was also the bearer of the NSDAP's badge of honor .
