Helga Mauersberger (* 1931 in Eisenach , Thuringia ) is a German journalist and film producer .

Life

Helga Mauersberger is the daughter of the Thomaskantor Erhard Mauersberger . She completed a degree in music history, German and psychology in Frankfurt am Main and Mainz. She then worked as a journalist for the Frankfurter Neue Presse and for Der Spiegel, among others .

From 1955 Helga Mauersberger initially worked as a reporter for the TV regional magazine and for six years as the head of the editorial team for the television family program for Hessischer Rundfunk .
