Helmut Pramstaller
Helmut Pramstaller (born July 3, 1966 in East Tyrol ) is an Austrian snowboarder . He became world champion in boardercross in 1997 . In 1996 he was third in the World Championships in parallel slalom and giant slalom .
In 1997 he received the Silver Medal of Honor for Services to the Republic of Austria .
