Helmut Schellhardt

Helmut Schellhardt (born January 18, 1929 in Berlin ; † May 16, 2002 in Wismar ) was a German film actor and voice actor .

Life

Schellhardt is well known in Germany for his appearances in the crime series Polizeiruf 110 , as he has been involved in ten episodes since 1973. He also stood in front of the film camera in five episodes of The Invisible Visor between 1973 and 1979 . Furthermore, he played the corporal Henselmann in the archive of death from 1980.

He made prominent film appearances in 1975 in Jakob the Liar and in 1986 as the main actor in the biographical film adaptation of Ernst Thälmann's life . He also lent his voice as a voice actor to Hollywood stars such as Martin Landau , Burt Lancaster and Lino Ventura , and he also played the title role in all episodes of the US series " Daniel Boone " (15 years apart).
