Henrik Gulden (born December 29, 1995 in Drammen ) is a Norwegian - German football player . The central midfielder was most recently under contract with Mjøndalen IF .

Career

Gulden was born in Drammen and grew up in Hattingen in the Ruhr area . He is the son of former soccer player Bjørn Gulden . His brothers, the twins Noah and Scott (* 1999), are active in the youth of VfL Bochum . Henrik himself began playing football with Sportfreunde Niederwenigern and went to Schwarz-Weiß Essen as an e-youth . In 2006, one year after leaving the Sportfreunde in Niederwenigern, he joined the youth team at VfL Bochum.

Although he was still eligible to play for the A-Jugend, he made his debut in the second team on April 21, 2014, the 31st match day of the 2013/14 season , in the 1: 3 defeat against 1.FC Köln . Bundesliga when he came on for Danny Latza in the 83rd minute . On May 11, 2014, he was in the starting line-up for the first time in a 1-0 win against Karlsruher SC . After the end of the season, Gulden moved up from the youth team and has since played mainly for Bochum's second team in the Regionalliga West .

In August 2015 Gulden was awarded to the first division club Mjøndalen IF until the end of the Norwegian season in December 2015 . In January 2016 he returned to Bochum after four assignments. At the beginning of February 2016, his contract in Bochum was terminated and Gulden joined the regional league club Rot-Weiss Essen , with whom he won the Niederrhein Cup at the end of May 2016 with a 3-0 final win against Wuppertaler SV .

For the 2016/17 season, Gulden moved to the Lower Rhine regional league for Sportfreunde Niederwenigern , his youth club from Hattingen . At the end of the year he left the club in the direction of Mjøndalen IF . Gulden has been without a club since January 1, 2020.

National team

Gulden made five appearances for the U17 national team in 2012 and four appearances for the U18 team of the Norwegian Football Association in 2013 .
