Herman Joseph Sahadat Pandoyoputro
Herman Joseph Sahadat Pandoyoputro OCarm (born April 23, 1939 in Kopeng , † September 23, 2016 in Malang ) was an Indonesian religious and Roman Catholic bishop of Malang .
Life
Herman Joseph Sahadat Pandoyoputro joined the Congregation of the Carmelites at and received on 2 August 1970, the priestly ordination .
Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Malang on May 15, 1989 . The Bishop of Manokwari-Sorong , Francis Xavier Sudartanta Hadisumarta OCarm, donated him episcopal ordination on September 3 of the same year ; Co-consecrators were Julius Darmaatmadja SJ , Archbishop of Semarang and Military Ordinary of Indonesia , and Paschalis Soedita Hardjasoemarta MSC , Bishop of Purwokerto .
On June 28, 2016, Pope Francis accepted his age-related resignation.
