Hermann Kahlcke

Hermann Kahlcke (born April 30, 1838 in Friedrichsgabekoog ; † November 22, 1913 in Heide ) was a farmer and member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Kahlcke attended elementary school and practiced farming on his father's farm until he was 27. In 1865 he took over his own property in Hedwigenkoog and operated it independently until 1895. He was also a member of the district council, the district committee, the Provincial Parliament Schleswig-Holstein and from 1895 to 1903 the Prussian House of Representatives for the constituency Schleswig-Holstein 12 (Norderdithmarschen).

From 1898 to 1903 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency of the province of Schleswig-Holstein 5 Dithmarschen , Steinburg and the National Liberal Party .
