Hermann Killmeyer
Hermann Killmeyer (born October 24, 1960 in Vienna ) is an Austrian actor , acting teacher and acting coach in Hamburg.
Live and act
In 1974 he began training at the Max Reinhardt Seminar , University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna . He then played roles at the Theater in der Josefstadt, at the Vienna Burgtheater , at the Hamburg Thalia Theater (including Moritz Stiefel in Spring Awakening or in the German revival of Der Reigen ) and the Stadt Bühnen Bonn .
Hermann Killmeyer played in award-winning movies and television formats such as Engel aus Eisen , Tag der Idioten , Großstadtrevier and Tatort . He worked with the directors Giorgio Strehler , Hark Bohm , Klaus Emmerich , David Mouchtar-Samorai , Thomas Brasch , Werner Schroeter , Jürgen Roland , Doris Dörrie and Ewa Teilmans . In 2006 he was a speaker in the radio plays Der Beruf des Vaters (WDR) and Die Künstlerkolonie (Radio Bremen).
Hermann Killmeyer works as an acting coach in Hamburg. After he was hired as a coach for the Studio Hamburg film productions " St. Angela " and " Alphateam " in 1994, Hermann Killmeyer founded his own company in 1994 and organized the first camera acting workshops in Germany. Hermann Killmeyer is now one of the outstanding specialists in film acting training and coaching. He has been in charge of the studio since 1995, directing and teaching in the field of actor training.
Hermann Killmeyer is a nephew of both Karl Killmeyer and Erwin Felzmann .
