Hermine Schröder , b. Wüst (born February 12, 1911 in Ludwigshafen am Rhein ; † August 9, 1978 there ), was a German athlete who was the winner in the shot put at the European Championships in 1938 . At 13.29 m she was two centimeters ahead of Gisela Mauermayer .

At the German Championships in 1931 she was second behind Grete Heublein . In 1932 and 1933 she won the title ahead of Heublein, in 1934 she was second behind Gisela Mauermayer. There was no women's shot put competition at the 1936 Olympic Games and the 1935 and 1936 German Championships were canceled so that athletes like Mauermayer and Paula Mollenhauer could concentrate on the discus throw . From 1937 to 1939 Schröder came in second at German championships three times behind Gisela Mauermayer. In 1938 Schröder achieved the best lengths of her career with 14.09 m and 14.08 m. Hermine Schröder belonged to the sports club TV 1883 Mundenheim .
