The Herrschaftliche Moor is a nature reserve in the Lüdingworth district of the Lower Saxony city of Cuxhaven .
The nature reserve with the sign NSG LÜ 087 is 40 hectares in size. Most of it is part of the FFH area " Aßbütteler Moor and Herrschaftliches Moor". The area has been a nature reserve since June 16, 1983. The responsible lower nature conservation authority is the city of Cuxhaven.
The nature reserve is located in the south of Cuxhaven, east of Autobahn 27 . It puts the rest of the raised bog with a small lake, the Feuerstätter See in the southeast of the protected area, and a small grassland area, the use of which has since been abandoned, under protection in the west. The area is mostly bushy or overgrown with birch trees. It is drained via the Altenbruch Canal north of the nature reserve and the Wanna / Wanhöden border ditch, which borders the nature reserve in the west, via Emmelke and Medem to the Elbe .
