Hicham Ouladha (born January 31, 1995 ) is a Moroccan middle -distance runner who specializes in the 1,500 meter distance .

Athletic career

Hicham Ouladha gained his first international experience in 2017 at the Arab Championships in Radès , where he won the silver medal behind Mohamed Ismail Ibrahim from Djibouti in 3: 52.46 minutes . Then he won the bronze medal behind his fellow countrymen Fouad el-Kaam and Brahim Kaazouzi at the Francophonie Games in Abidjan in 3: 48.14 minutes . The following year he finished ninth at the African Championships in Asaba in 3: 42.61 minutes. In 2019 he finished fifth at the Arab Championships in Cairo in 3: 46.47 minutes. At the Africa Games in Rabat he was fifth in 3: 39.00 min and then retired at the World Championships in Doha with 3: 39.86 min in advance . He then won the silver medal behind the Pole Michał Rozmys at the World Military Games in Wuhan in 3: 46.44 minutes .

In 2018 and 2019, Ouladha became the Moroccan champion in the 1500 meter run.
