Hiltrud Naßmacher (born Schreiber, born September 10, 1942 in Haan / Rhld .; † February 18, 2016 in Bad Wünnenberg ) was a German political scientist with a research focus on the comparative analysis of political systems .

After elementary school in Solingen-Merscheid (1949-53), Hiltrud Schreiber attended the Geschwister-Scholl-Schule in Solingen- Ohligs (1953-59) and the August-Dicke-School in Solingen (1959-62), which she passed with the final examination completed. A theoretical training in the clothing trade at the Mönchengladbach University of Applied Sciences (1962/63) and various specialist internships (including at Kemper & Co. in Krefeld , at the social welfare office of the city of Solingen and at the United Glanzstoff factories in Wuppertal ).

The studies at the University of Cologne (1963-67) were completed in the subjects of business administration, chemistry, pedagogy, economic history and political science with the first state examination for the trade teaching post. The legal clerkship in Bergisch Gladbach and Cologne was followed by the second state examination (1969), a position as a study assessor at the industrial schools III in Wuppertal-Barmen (1970-72) and the doctorate to Dr. rer. pole. at the University of Cologne (1976).

After extensive work in adult political education (including various adult education centers, Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung ) and at the Lower Saxony Study Institute in Oldenburg, she received her habilitation in 1986 from the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg in the subject of " Political Science ". Between 1987 and 2000 she held substitute professorships in Konstanz , Göttingen , Trier , Münster and Siegen . Since 1992 Hiltrud Naßmacher was an adjunct professor at the Carl von Ossietzky University in Oldenburg.

From 1969 to 1975 Hiltrud Naßmacher (SPD) was a member of the city council of Solingen . Since 2014 she has been an elected member of the district council of the Solingen district of Ohligs / Aufderhöhe / Merscheid (as in 1975-76) . Since 1987 she was a member of the DVPW and as such spokeswoman for the Lower Saxony state group for several years. She was also a member of the former Standing Committee for Teaching and Studies at the DVPW.

Naßmacher was married to Karl-Heinz Naßmacher .
