Hinterloh is a district of the market town of Küps in the Upper Franconian district of Kronach in Bavaria.

The repatriate homestead is located about 500 m southwest of the historic center of Burkersdorf at an altitude of 375  m above sea level. NN . Due to the secluded location on a hill, the view of the entire southern district of Kronach is free. The foothills of the Franconian Forest rise to the northeast . The Rodach valley runs north .

history

The Bavarian cadastre shows Hinterloh in the 1810s as a wasteland with a hearth, farm buildings and two ponds .

As part of the regional reform in Bavaria , Hinterloh came to Küps on January 1, 1977 together with Burkersdorf.

With its own pond, forest, meadows and fields, the house with outbuildings and barn results in a multifaceted ensemble that is still used today as a part-time agricultural business.
