geography

course

The Hollerbach rises in the Odenwald at an altitude of about 328  m above sea level. NHN in a mixed forest northeast of Brensbach - Höllerbach on the southwest slope of the Hermesberg . It first flows about 300 m in a south-westerly direction through forest terrain, which is then replaced by a strip of meadow. There the Hollerbach on its left side is fed by the Höllerbach coming from the southeast . After just under a kilometer, the Hollerbach reaches the village of Höllerbach , where the stream from the Rehwiesen, also coming from the southeast, flows into it. The Hollerbach now runs along the southern edge of the village and then flows southwest through fields and meadows accompanied by the L 3106 . Shortly before it reaches Brensbach, it takes up the Matzbach on its left side and finally flows out at an altitude of about 185  m above sea level. NHN east of Brensbach in the stream of the same name.
