Homosexual acts between men are illegal in Zimbabwe. Since June 2006 there is a law against "Sexual Abnormalities". Recognition of same-sex couples

There is no state recognition of same-sex couples either in the form of same-sex marriage or in a registered partnership .

Social situation

Due to the illegality, there are no LGBT communities in Zimbabwe. Homosexual men are thereby pushed into the social underground.
