The Kalatówki Mountain Hotel ( Polish Hotel górski PTTK Kalatówki ) is located at an altitude of 1198 meters in Poland in the Western Tatras in the valley Dolina Kondratowa on the pasture Kalatówki . The mountain hotel with 86 beds is the only hotel in the Polish Tatras in the national park area . The area belongs to the municipality of Zakopane .
history
The mountain hotel was built in 1938 by the Tatra Ski Society on a glacier moraine as part of the Alpine World Ski Championships in 1939 . The cobbled path Bruder-Albert-Weg leads to the mountain hotel . There are two ski lifts in the Kalatówki ski area at the hotel . The hut has been in the Tatra National Park since 1954 . It is owned by the PTTK .
