Hryhorij Fedorowytsch Hrynko (born November 18 . Jul / the thirtieth November  1890 greg. In Schtepiwka , Kharkov Governorate , Russian Empire ; † 15. March 1938 , Moscow Oblast , Soviet Union ) was a Ukrainian -sowjetischer politicians.

Hrynko was one of the " Borotbists " who joined the Communist Party of Ukraine in 1920 . In 1919/20 he was a member of the Ukrainian Revolutionary Military Committee. From 1919 he also worked in the Ukrainian People's Commissariat for Education , which he took over as head in 1920. From November 1923 to June 1925 he was chairman of the Kiev city ​​administration (mayor). In 1926 he became deputy head of the Unions - Gosplan and in October 1930 People's Minister of Finance of the USSR. Between 1934 and 1937 he was a candidate for the Central Committee of the CPSU .

In 1937 he was arrested and accused of belonging to a Ukrainian "national fascist" organization. He was one of the defendants in the third Moscow show trial in March 1938. He was sentenced to death and shot on March 15, 1938.
