Hubert Huber (artist)

Hubert Huber (* 1956 in Gurlarn, OT von Fürstenzell ) is a German contemporary artist .

Life

Huber completed an apprenticeship in wood carving from 1978 to 1981, and has been a freelance since then. In addition to wood, he creates objects from other materials, digital art and light installations. In 1989 he became a member of the artist group "AR 83 GE", in 1990 initiator and founding member of the producers' gallery Passau. Since 1987 he has been active regionally and nationwide in the Professional Association of Visual Artists (BK), from 1990 to 1994 as national chairman. Huber designs and organizes art projects at schools, national and international art symposiums and art exhibitions. He is married and has two children.
