Hugo Karl Adolf Molitor (born July 27, 1856 in Alzey , † February 2, 1921 in Baden-Baden ) was a German judge and member of the state parliament in Alsace-Lorraine .

Life

Molitor, who was a Catholic denomination, attended grammar school and studied law at the University of Giessen and Leipzig from 1874 . He graduated from the Corps Starkenburgia . After being active for three years, he took the final exam in 1878. He became a court attorney in Darmstadt . After the state examination in 1881 he became a court assessor in Kolmar and district judge in Rufach . In 1889 he became public prosecutor in Mulhouse and a little later senior public prosecutor in Strasbourg . Since 1908 go. Councilor of Justice , he was the last President of the Colmar Higher Regional Court from 1913 to 1918 . As such, he was constitutionally a member of the first chamber of the Landtag of the realm of Alsace-Lorraine .
