Hugo Norberto Santiago
Hugo Norberto Santiago (born April 12, 1954 in María Juana , Santa Fe Province , Argentina ) is an Argentine clergyman and Roman Catholic bishop of San Nicolás de los Arroyos .
Life
The Bishop of Rafaela , Héctor Gabino Romero , ordained him a priest on December 19, 1985 .
Pope Benedict XVI appointed him on December 5, 2006 Bishop of Santo Tomé . He was ordained episcopate on March 19, 2007 by the Bishop of Rafaela, Carlos María Franzini ; Co- consecrators were Francisco Polti Santillán , Bishop of Santiago del Estero , and Alcides Jorge Pedro Casaretto , Bishop of San Isidro .
Pope Francis appointed him Bishop of San Nicolás de los Arroyos on September 21, 2016 . The inauguration took place on November 11th of the same year.
