The Hunteradweg is a long-distance cycle path of 130 km in north-western Lower Saxony . It starts at the Hunte barrage at the mouth of the River Hunte in the Weser at Elsfleth and follows the river through the Wesermarsch , the city of Oldenburg , Wildeshausen , Goldenstedt upriver as far as Lembruch at the Dümmer . There it has a connection to the bridge cycle path Osnabrück-Bremen.

The section between Oldenburg and Wildeshausen is particularly scenic.

Signposted in both directions, the Hunteweg does not make any special demands on physical fitness because of the flat terrain, even if not all of the mostly low-traffic routes are paved or asphalted.
