The Deutsche Sielroute is a long-distance cycle route and cycle route in the Wesermarsch district . It has a length of 188 kilometers and is mainly characterized by the typical landscape of the Wesermarsch. It leads along the waters of the North Sea , Weser and Jade . As the name already makes clear, the sluices of the Wesermarsch are a constant companion. Furthermore, a very large part of the route is on or on the dikes of the Butjadingen peninsula . The route benefits above all from the well-marked cycle paths in the area.

The Deutsche Sielroute is signposted continuously in both directions. On the Weser it is part of the Weserradweg .
