IMCD NV (Internatio-Müller Chemical Distribution) is a Dutch company that is active in the chemicals trade. The company was founded in 1995 as a subsidiary of the Internatio Müller Group. From 2001 IMCD belonged to the holding company Alpinvest , which sold the company to AAC Capital in July 2005 . AAC Capital sold its shares in December 2010 to the US financial investor Bain Capital . Since an IPO in 2014, the shares of IMCD be at the Euro Euronext Amsterdam traded. In 2018, IMCD took over the German chemical distributor VELOX . In March 2019 the company was added to the AEX index .

The product range includes base chemicals for the food and hygiene products industry, lubricants and coating chemicals.
