Ibrahim Javadi , Persian ابراهیم جوادی, (Born July 28, 1943 in Qazvin ) is a former Iranian wrestler . The freestyle wrestler won the bronze medal in the paper weight (48 kg) at the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich .

The technically adept Javadi won the gold medal at the World Wrestling Championships of 1969 in Mar del Plata , 1970 in Edmonton , 1971 in Sofia and 1973 in Tehran . Ibrahim Javadi was also particularly successful at the continental level: he won gold twice at the Asian Games in Bangkok in 1970 and in Tehran in 1974 . In September 2011, he was inducted into the FILA International Wrestling Hall of Fame for his services to wrestling .
