Ibrahim Mahlab

Ibrahim Mahlab ( Arabic إبراهيم محلب, DMG Ibrāhīm Maḥlab ; * 1949 ) is an Egyptian graduate engineer, politician and was Egyptian Prime Minister from June 17, 2014 to September 12, 2015 . From February 25, 2014 to June 16, 2014 he was interim Prime Minister of the transitional government.

Mahlab graduated from Cairo University with a degree in civil engineering in 1972 . Since 2013 Mahlab was in the Government of Hazem Al Beblawi the Minister of Housing. Politically, he was a member of the Supreme Political Council of the once-existing National Democratic Party .
