The German version under the title I belong to you, my love was released on DVD on October 1, 2005.
The film is a romance with Shah Rukh Khan and Madhuri Dixit in the lead roles, who already played successfully together in Dil To Pagal Hai - My heart goes crazy . The third leading role is played by Salman Khan . The film is the debut of KS Adiyaman , who made this film over six years.
It is the story of Radha, who loves three men: her little brother Prashant, her childhood friend Suraj and her husband Gopal, whose jealousy towards Suraj and whose disapproval towards Prashant steadily grows during the film.
action
Gopal has been in love with Radha since he met her as a child. When they grow up, the two get married. Two things begin to displease Gopal after the wedding: Radha's little brother Prashant, who settles in Gopal's house, and Suraj, Radha's childhood friend, with whom she speaks very often and who is a famous singer.
Radha seems to care for everyone except her husband. Her apparent indifference hurts Gopal very much, and he slowly begins to despair. Due to the constant phone calls between Radha and Suraj, Gopal begins to distrust them and he fears that they are having a relationship. His jealousy finally gets out of hand, and he expels Radha from the house when things get over his head. Radha receives a message from Gopal that he wants to get a divorce and is devastated. Prashant and Suraj try to speak to Gopal, but Radha forbids it. Eventually Suraj arranges a meeting with Gopal, and Gopal appears there with a loaded weapon.
There is an argument in which Gopal asks Suraj to shoot him. Suraj speaks to Radha, who blames herself and asks Suraj never to see her again: If she had understood in time that Gopal displeases her close relationship with Suraj, she would have immediately broken off all contact with Suraj. Suraj withdraws and promises not to see her anymore. He tells his blind friend Suman what happened, who then drives to Gopal and adjusts his head. He now realizes that Radha and Suraj are just very good friends, and he should have just talked to Radha about his worries instead of hiding behind his hurt feelings and then getting into jealousy. He immediately sets out to find Radha and at the last moment prevents her from committing suicide with an overdose of sleeping pills . The two are reconciled and go to Suraj, who is to be awarded the prize for "Best Singer of the Millennium". During the award ceremony, Gopal apologizes to him, and nothing stands in the way of everyone's reconciliation.
