The Ida is a river in southeastern Slovakia and has its source in the Slovakian Ore Mountains , on the southeast flank of the Biely Kameň peak ( 1135 m ), near the town of Zlatá Idka . It first drains in a south-easterly direction, later swings south-west to west and flows into the Bodva after around 57 kilometers at Peder as a left tributary . From the source to the Bukovec reservoir ( Vodná nádrž Bukovec ) the river is also called Idka .
