Igor Alexejewitsch Winitschenko ( Russian Игорь Алексеевич Виниченко ; born April 11, 1984 in Moscow Oblast ) is a Russian hammer thrower .

Career

At the Summer Universiade 2007 in Bangkok Winichenko won the bronze medal with 73.94 m. At the 2007 European Cup in Munich , he finished fourth with 73.54 m. He participated in the 2008 Beijing Olympics, but did not qualify for the final.

At the 2009 World Championships in Berlin, he finished 12th. At the European Championships in Barcelona in 2010 , he finished 8th with 74.71 m. He did not run at the 2012 Olympic Games in London . At the Summer Universiade 2011 in Shenzhen , he finished 13th with 65.78 m.

In 2006, 2008 and 2010 Winichenko was the Russian champion.
