Ilhéu Grande is an island of the Ilhéus do Rombo , an archipelago in the southwest of the Cape Verde Islands .

geography

The flat, almost vegetation-free islet is still the largest island of the Ilhéus do Rombo with around 3 km² of land. This group of islands is located around 6 km northeast of the island of Brava . Four kilometers east of Grande is Ilhéu de Cima , the easternmost island of the Ilhéus do Rombo.

Like its neighboring islands, Ilhéu Grande is rocky and uninhabited.
